Q: What’s included with each hire?
A: Every hire includes a full tank of fuel (return full), the mower, and if needed, a trailer and ramps. Optional extras include a leaf blower and whipper snipper for an added fee.

Q: Do I need my own trailer?
A: Nope! We provide a 5ft / 6ft wide trailer if you need one – most customers do.

Q: Do you provide insurance?
A: No, insurance is not included. You’re responsible for your own safety and the equipment while it’s in your care. We take a refundable $200 deposit just in case.

Q: What if it rains?
A: If you cancel due to rain 24–48 hours before pickup, that’s totally fine. If you’ve already picked up the gear, we assume you’re good to go – that’s just Aussie weather.

Q: What happens if I damage something?
A: If something breaks, let us know. Most issues will be covered by your deposit, but if it’s more serious, we’ll have a fair conversation.

Q: Is there a legal agreement?
A: We take a photo of your driver’s licence and have a basic disclaimer covering injury or damage. You’re responsible for the safe use and return of the gear.

Q: When do I pick up and return the equipment?
A: Pickup is before 8:30 AM, return is by 9:00 PM same day. Longer hires are available too – just ask!

Q: Can you deliver?
A: Yes! We can deliver and pick up for an extra fee. Just let us know your address and we’ll quote you.
